Ice Lens: Spice Honey Review

So earlier this year, I entered a cosplay photo-liking contest hosted by Kawaii Shop Online and I placed third. :) Though it wasn't easy, it was fun! I've never participated in an online contest, and I'm lucky to win anything at all at my first try.

Anyways, I won third with 1, 101 likes and the prize was a pair of Ice Lens in the color of my choice. I chose Spice Honey.

I feared that the lens won't be as visible because it's near brown/mahogany in color, but when I tried it on it was really bright! I was amazed. It was brownish red but lighter and it really makes my eyes stand out.

The diameter is 14.5 mm so it doesn't enlarge my eyes much. It just makes them really stand out. They feel comfortable and they don't dry off easily (but that depends on your solution).

See? Haha :D Sorry for the face -_- Anyways, I tried wearing them in the mall for about 4 hours and I didn't feel anything at all. A saleslady even noticed them while I was looking at some stuff. x) She asked me what brand the lens are. That photo, by the way, was taken indoors with a webcam during around 7pm. Fluorescent lights were on. :)

Overall:

Comfort: 4/5 - I got dizzy for a bit, but maybe it's because of the lights in the mall. :) But it's super comfortable, and doesn't dry off easily.

Design: 4/5 - It was brighter than expected, but not that much of a standout. These contacts are perfect for everyday/ulzzang/fashion shoots and all, but not really for cosplay (Unless you're going for light brown-eyed characters)

Enlargement: 2/5 - It doesn't really enlarge my eyes that much. It just makes them brighter.
