Character: Yukimura Chizuru (雪村 千鶴)
Series/Game/Movie: Hakuouki: Bakumatsumusouroku/ Hakuouki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi
Remarks: This character was actually one of my dream cosplays, and I'm happy to finally bring it to a completion. It took me about two months to piece this together, and I hope I do justice to Chizuru.
